5. Payment Terms
The online audition fee applies to the primary application review only. This fee does not include live stage participation, travel expenses, accommodation, diploma or trophy packages, or production services unless specifically stated otherwise.
6. Selection and Participation
The organizing team reserves the right to review applications, select participants, request additional information, and determine eligibility for the next stages of the competition. Final decisions regarding casting and participation remain with the organizers.
7. Use of Content
By submitting an application, participants agree that their name, image, performance materials, and publicly shared content may be used for competition-related communication, promotion, website publication, social media presentation, voting announcements, and event marketing.
8. Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for ensuring that submitted materials do not violate copyright, privacy rights, or third-party claims. Participants are also responsible for their own travel, documents, and legal permissions where applicable.
